Returns & Refunds Policy

KURO Hydration stands behind the quality of our products. If there’s an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

Damaged or Leaking Products

Due to the nature of electrolyte beverages and transport conditions, there may be rare instances where a can leaks during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at crew@drinkkuro.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the extent of the damage.

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements without photo evidence of damage.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including taste preference or incorrect orders, due to the perishable nature of our products.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or consumed products cannot be returned.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian law.
