Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
KURO offers both one-time purchases and subscription-based orders. This policy explains how cancellations work for each option.
One-Time Purchases
Once a one-time order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after it has been processed or dispatched.
If you need to make a change shortly after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at crew@drinkkuro.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
Subscriptions
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.
This includes the ability to:

Pause or resume deliveries

Change delivery frequency

Update payment details

Cancel future orders
To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, subscription changes or cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled for that cycle.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to the same Returns & Refunds Policy as one-time purchases. Refunds, replacements, or credits may be offered in cases of damage or fault, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
